Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BGSOF website and platform operated by BGSOF, Inc. By creating an account, booking a demo, or using BGSOF, you agree to these Terms. If you are using BGSOF on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

The service

BGSOF provides a buying-group and operating platform for kitchen and bath professionals — including manufacturer catalogs, pricing visibility where available, quoting tools, and related workflows. Features may change as we improve the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping login credentials confidential. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated or if use puts the platform or other customers at risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse BGSOF: no unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, interference with other users, or uploading content you do not have rights to use. Catalog data, pricing, and other materials on the platform remain the property of BGSOF or the respective manufacturers and rights holders. You may use them only as permitted inside the product for legitimate showroom or manufacturing business purposes.

Quotes & pricing

Pricing and availability displayed on BGSOF are provided for convenience and may change. Final commercial terms between showrooms, manufacturers, and end customers are governed by those parties’ own agreements. BGSOF is not a party to your customer sales contracts unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Disclaimer & liability

BGSOF is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. BGSOF’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or one hundred dollars if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
