BGSOF, Inc. (“BGSOF,” “we,” “us”) operates a catalog and quoting platform for kitchen and bath showrooms and manufacturers. What we collect

When you create an account, book a demo, or use the platform, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, company name, role, and account credentials. If you place quotes or manage products, we also store the business data you enter — customers, line items, pricing, and related files. Like most websites, we automatically receive basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed.

How we use it

We use your information to run and improve BGSOF: authenticate users, deliver catalogs and quotes, support showrooms and manufacturers, send service-related messages, and keep the platform secure. We may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand product usage. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only when needed to operate the service — for example with infrastructure and email providers under contract, or when you explicitly connect your showroom workflow with a manufacturer or teammate. You can update account details in the product settings where available, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs (for example, completed quote records your showroom still needs).
